Ieri 25 Settembre 2026, a Palazzo Corsini di Firenze, si è tenuto l'evento inaugurale Internazionale dell' Antiquariato, la seconda mostra più importante al mondo e la prima in Italia. L'evento vantava tantissime gallerie, conosciute a livello nazionale ed internazionale, da Voena (Milano, Londra, St Morits ) a Carlo Orsi a Tomasso ( London and Leeds UK) A Galleria Carlo Virgilio and C (Roma) ai quali interni si potevano ammirare dipinti di illustri pittori, provenienti da tali paesi e varia raffinata altamente valorosa oggettistica . Ve ne furono che colpirono la mia attenzione: uno fra tanti si trovava in quest'ultima galleria , dipinto da Giulio Aristide Santoro ed intitolato 'L'alba nel paese di Circe '. Un dipinto particolarmente speciale in cui illustrato vi era questo paesaggio marino, di lieve luminosità ,colto al sorgere del sole, con un primo piano sul quale capeggianti si muovevano quasi verso fuori dalla cornice pittoresca, delle carovane, a debita distanza l'una dall'altra , guidate da contadini/pastori barbuti..
Un altro dipinto, temperato su carta, era 'Il tempio di Iside a Pompei durante la cerimonia notturna', con probabile artista di area tedesca a fine secolo XVIII, incorniciato nella galleria Roberto Campobasso.
Uno altrettanto particolare, realizzato con pastello e carboncino su carta, fu il 'Ritratto quadruplo di un Algerino' 1933, proveniente da Parigi, da una collezione privata per discendenza. A seguire , vi era, olio su tela, 'Il ritratto di un uomo nero', attribuito ad Edward Pfyffer.
Proseguendo vi fu un dipinto, olio su tela, ritraente il Bacco, di Giovanni Battista Pace, che mi ispirò particolarmente i caldi e sereni colori, misti al pinastro del vino che il Dio spreme allegro e rovescia in coppa..
In un altra galleria vi furono affiancati uno all'altro dei dipinti che rappresentavano due angeli, uno un pò più panciuto dell'altro, con gambe accavallate in aria quasi ad incrociare, ma senza toccarsi, l'una quello dell'altro, sguardo malinconico rivolto sul basso destro della cornice, ed una luce/ luminosità, evocante la sublimità. E poi molti altri dipinti superlativamente meravigliosi

Yesterday 25th of September 2026, the Exhibition of Art of Antiques, in palazzo Corsini, Florence was held. This is the second most famous in the world and the first most famous in Italy, artistic antiques fair. The event boasted a lot of locally and internationally art galleries, from Voena (Milano,Londra,St Moritz) to Carlo Orsi to Tommaso (London and Leeds UK) a Galleria Carlo Virgilio and C (Roma) in which inside you could admire paintings of famous painters , coming from the mentioned countries along with a series of various antiques highly valuable objects. There were a few that grappled my attention : one among many was in this last gallery , painted by Giulio Aristide Santoro ed entitled 'the sunset of the country of Circe'. A particularly special painting in which illustrated there was a slightly luminous marine landscape , caught at the sunrise , with a foreground dominated by two caravans, guided by two bearded peasants, that were making their perpendicular movement almost towards the edge of the painting.
Another painting, tempered on paper, was the 'The temple of Iside in Pompei during the nocturne cerimony', with a probable German artist at the end of the XVIII, framed in the gallery Roberto Campobasso. Another one similarly particular , crafted with a pastel and carbon on paper, was the 'The quadruple portrait of an Algerine '1933, from Paris ad from a private collection for discendency. To follow there was , oil on canvas , 'The portray of a black man' , attributed to Edward Pfyffer. Paving my way in the other galleries, I discovered a fantastic oil on canvas painted by Giovanni Battista Pace, portraying 'Il Bacco', whose colours were specially warm and serene, mixed with the vinastrin / wild grapevine of the wine that the God of Wine hold in his hand joyfully and cheerfully. Another astonishing painting was the pair of these two very luminous angels, one a bit chubbier than the other, with legs crossing ,untouchably, one on the one of the other, with an almost melancholic gaze towards the low right angle of the painted framework. They were sublime / superlative
